Roman Day

Fabulous Roman Day today, we started with a dress rehearsal of our Roman play, then after morning tea raced chariots, played marbles, fought like the Roman army and used stilts and played a Roman ball game. Each class had a Roman Feast for lunch and then in the afternoon we performed our play to a very receptive audience of the rest of the school and parents.
Our Roman clothing made the whole day feel very real!
